:10—My main man “Zik,” who because he was a damn good basketball player in his day (In spite of being from Akron…can’t nobody in Akron hoop, that’s why they’re in Akron…oh my bad. :09—Anyway, and not to prove Zik right, is it me or do “they” put the negative stuff about President Obama at the top of the front page of the paper and the positive stuff at the bottom? Case in point. Saturday’s, Jan. 10 Post-Gazette, “Obama Pushes for Free Tuition to Community College for All” stuck at the bottom of the page, and in smaller print. I’m just saying!!! Shut up Zik!
:08—Former Pitt football star offensive tackle Ruben Brown is elected into the College Football Hall of Fame this past Friday. Congratulations my brother. No small recognition to be sure.
:07—Speaking of Pitt, and I was, “if you people” would just pay attention. DO – NOT – WORRY – ABOUT – THE – PITT – MEN’S – BASKETBALL – TEAM. THEY – WILL – BE – ALL RIGHT!!! Coach Jamie Dixon and his defense and rebound first style will turn things around before long. Trust me on this! D-fense wins games.

:04—Do yourself a favor and go see WPIAL scoring leader, Matty McConnell and see for yourself what all the noise is about. Char Valley over “Dr. David’s” Mt. Lebo 71-57. Trust me, this McConnell is special…I know, I know, they’re all special…but this one…WOW!!!
:03—Speaking of McConnell’s…I know, you had to see this one coming, Coach Suzie McConnell-Serio, the best of the clan, led her lady Panther’s to the upset of the year at Pitt, men and women. Upset, hell, they kicked that Blue and White xxx! Oops, my bad, that’s just not lady like. North Carolina…see ya!
