    FEB. 19—The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh will host its Lunch & Learn Series at 12:15 p.m. at the Downtown & Business Branch, 612 Smithfield St., Downtown. The topic will be “How to E-File Your Federal Return.” Diana Smith, an IRS tax consultant, will discuss the many benefits of using the IRS e-file to file one’s federal return for free. PowerBreakfast Meeting
    FEB. 20—The African American Chamber of Commerce of Western Pennsylvania will host its PowerBreakfast Meeting at 7:30 a.m. at One Oxford Centre. 301 Grant St., Downtown. The guest speaker will be Port Authority of Allegheny County Chief Executive Officer Ellen McLean. She will update guests on Port Authority’s activities, new initiatives and how business owners can engage in doing business with them. Reservations are requested by Feb. 18. Members’ Mixer
    FEB. 23— The African American Chamber of Commerce of Western Pennsylvania will host its Members’ Mixer from 5-7 p.m. at East End Cooperative Ministry, 6140 Station St., East Liberty. Michael Mingrone, executive director of EECM, will be the evening’s Mixer. This is an opportunity to network with Chamber members and other business owners.
