Quantitative Analyst/Modeling Development Associate III
The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Quantitative Analyst/
­Modeling Development Associate III in Pittsburgh, PA. Within the risk modeling group in PNC’s risk management organization, be responsible for developing analytic methods/models to measure, forecast, and report various types of risk. Specific duties include: (i) develop quantitative models to help management better understand/manage risk. These models will cover a broad array of risk types including commercial credit, operational, business and insurance risk; (ii) perform quantitative analysis of data sets to extract key insights; (iii) develop forecasting models for PNC’s risk; (iv) contribute to model documentation and reporting on model framework and development; (v) work with Lines of Business in understanding portfolio and default prediction challenges and issues to develop business friendly solutions; (vi) maintain open channels of communication with PNC’s internal Model Risk Management group, auditors, regulators and other key business partners; and (vii) communicate model framework and development progress to regulators, auditors, and businesses.
Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Mathematical Finance, Economics, or Quantitative/Computational Finance plus 2 years of experience in statistical modeling for financial risk management, credit risk management or trading is required. Experience must include: (i) programming and data analysis using SAS; (ii) handling, manipulation and analysis of large datasets; (iii) SQL queries in standard database systems (Oracle, Teradata or MS SQL); (iv) model documentation, regulatory reporting and model risk monitoring; and (v) regression modeling, experimental design, optimization, time series modeling and forecasting.

OEO Program Manager
Port Authority is seeking an experienced OEO Program Manager who will have primary responsibility for the implementation and management of Port Authority’s EEO program and serves as the organization’s EEO officer.  Investigates and responds to internal and external EEO complaints.  Provides solutions to EEO issues that are consistent with Port Authority policies and procedures.  Prepares and distributes reports of findings and recommendations regarding resolution and appropriate corrective action to senior staff.  Educates employees on equal employment opportunity regulations, applications and initiatives. Performs Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and limited Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) assignments, as needed.
Job requirements include:
•BA/BS in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Humanities or directly related field from an accredited school.
•Minimum of five (5) years of experience in investigative procedures leading to objective review, formulation of recommendations, and the preparation of detailed reports.
•Thorough knowledge of federal and state EEO regulations.
•Professional and effective communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability in the use of Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel.
•Valid PA driver’s license.
Preferred attributes:
•Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or directly related field.
•Proficiency in PeopleSoft HRIS.
