ATLANTA – The cold war between NeNe Leakes and Wendy Williams erupted again at a women’s empowerment seminar.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and the popular talk show host renewed their war of words, with the setting being the Atlanta Ultimate Women’s Expo at the Georgia World Congress Center.
Not only were both women were registered as keynote speakers, but they spoke back-to-back, with Leakes appearing onstage at 1 p.m. and Williams appearing at 1:30 p.m.
Coincidence?
Regardless of whether it was deliberately set up this way by organizers, the scheduling forced the two to be in proximity of one another, making fireworks inevitable.
According to LALate, a steady stream of profanity and name calling were volleyed back and forth between the two towering divas. This is not the first time that the two have gone at it with each other as they have been adversaries for the past several years now.
On Sunday, Leakes posted a tweet that was evasive at best, or perhaps disingenuous.

Leakes’ “professionalism” is seen as shade to Williams, fans believed.
One fan, Caitlin Prickett, tweeted today “Wendy Williams apparently left the ATL women’s expo early after u threw shade at her during her speech. Did you know this?” Another person who was in attendance accused Leakes of starting the feud by spitting verbal darts at Williams while she was on stage. Others who were at the two-day event, but situated at different spots inside the auditorium, chimed in with their perspectives:

While the details of what precipitated this verbal altercation between Leakes and Williams and her husband at sketchy at beast, at least it is known for sure that something went down.
