‘LHHATL’s’ Scrappy getting evicted again?

Those “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta’s” checks are apparently not enough to keep Scrappy from running afoul his landlord … again.

Scrappy, 31, was recently hit with a lawsuit for not paying his rent. Again.
Scrappy, whose government name is Darryl Kevin Richardson II, is being sued by Randy Williams of the Williams Property Group because of a reported $4,022 owed in back rent and utilities in addition to court costs incurred.

Sources indicate that Scrappy is currently renting his five bedroom mini-mansion for $3K per month, but if he doesn’t fork over his back rent he could be evicted soon.
This is the second time this year that Williams has filed suit against the “Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta” star. At the beginning of the year, Williams sued Scrappy for unpaid rent, as well. But the two came to a mutually-agreeable term.
Unfortunately Scrappy is not unfamiliar with the legal eviction process. Back in 2010, the rapper had his home foreclosed upon after he failed to make payments.
