Public Notice of Revised Flat Rent Schedule
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), in accordance with federal law and regulation, is proposing revisions to its Low Income Public Housing Flat Rent Schedule.
The revised 2021 HACP Flat Rent Schedule is available for review and comment from Oct. 1, 2020 to Oct. 30, 2020 on the HACP Web Site: www.hacp.org; Copies of the 2021 Flat Rent Schedule can be obtained by contacting the HACP Executive Office at 412-456-5012.
A Public Hearing to receive public comments on the revised 2021 HACP Flat Rent Schedule will be held on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. via Zoom:

Written comments on the HACP Flat Rent Schedule must be addressed to 2021 HACP Flat Rent Schedule. Comments must be received by close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Oct. 30, 2020 and sent to the following e-mail address: michelle.ralston@hacp.org or call 412-456-5075.
Once approved, the final revised HACP Flat Rent Schedule will be effective Jan.1, 2021.

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), in accordance with federal law and regulation, is proposing revisions to its Housing Choice Voucher Payment Standard Schedule.
The revised 2021 Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh Payment Standard Schedule is available for review and comment from September 21, 2020 to October 20, 2020 on the HACP Web Site: www.hacp.org. Printed copies of the revised payment schedule can be obtained by contacting the HACP Executive Office at 412-456-5012.

The CommuteInfo Regional Rideshare Program of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission is developing its Federal Fiscal Year 2021 through 2023 Triennial DBE Goal and Methodology which is required by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) in accordance with the 49 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 26. CommuteInfo will host public consultation meetings to provide small, minority, woman-owned and other business enterprises, public agencies, community organizations, trade associations, elected officials, and other interested individuals, an opportunity to offer comments on the overall DBE goal and methodology. The proposed goal is available for review and comment. The public meetings are Thursday, October 8, 2020, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. AND 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. via teleconference. Participants must register in order to attend the teleconference. Registration is available at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission website at www.spcregion.org.
