Notice is hereby given that the 2021 annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the Allegheny County Housing Authority will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 15, 2021. The meeting will be preceded with a meeting of the Finance and Audit Committee at 9:15 a.m., followed by the Board’s review of the agenda and other general matters at 9:30 a.m. The public is invited to attend these meetings.

The regular meetings will be preceded with a meeting of the Finance & Audi Committee at 9:15 a.m., followed by the Board’s review of the agenda and other general matters at 9:30 a.m. The public is invited to attend these meetings.
Meeting Procedures due to COVID-19
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and resultant state and local mitigation and restriction measures, the regularly scheduled and advertised Board and committee meetings of the Allegheny County Housing Authority will be modified to take place virtually on the dates and times as scheduled, and NOT at the Authority’s Central Office located at 301 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA, 15136, which is physically closed to the public.
The public is encouraged to participate in these meetings in the following way:
1.Comments or requests on Board agenda items may be submitted via email at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 2 days before a scheduled meeting.
2. The meetings will be held via ZOOM and the public is encouraged to attend and join the meetings. Meeting log-in information will be available on the Authority’s website at https://www.achsng.com. The virtual access will be open five minutes before the start of a meeting.
Meetings will be to conduct essential business only and may proceed in a modified manner with attendees participating remotely through electronic means. The Agenda for Board meetings will be posted on the Authority’s website 2 days before a scheduled meeting. All virtual meetings will be recorded and posted to the Authority’s website for one month following the meeting. The ACHA will continue to post meeting Minutes on its website at
