SUMMARY
This Ordinance will add definitions for Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Vape, Tobacco or Smoke Shops and will permit Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Vape, Tobacco or Smoke Shops in the C-1 Zoning District as a Conditional Use.
