THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH will receive sealed bids for General Construction Services for the Murray Tower Comprehensive Rehabilitation project, AMP-31.
The construction work is estimated to begin in December of 2026.

BELLEVUE BOROUGH
2026 PAVING PROJECT
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Bids for the 2026 Paving & Stormwater Project will be received by Bellevue Borough, online via PennBID, until 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The project consists of asphalt pavement milling/filling, roadway reconstruction, base repair, joint sealing, and pavement markings for various portions of S Sprague, Highland, Margaretta, Roseridge, Citizens Alley, Lincoln, Orchard, Grant, Florence, South Balph, Sheridan, Madison, Simon, and Divison. The project also includes stormwater improvements and roadway restoration on Orchard, N Jackson, and N Sprague Extension. Work also includes removal of old material and restoring all disturbed areas to original condition.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost on PennBID –https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. Bids shall be accepted online through the PennBID Program.
Additional bidding requirements are found in Section 00 21 13, “Instructions to Bidders”, of the Bidding Documents. All bidders must submit bid security of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid.
All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date as provided by the Act of November 26, 1978 (P.L. 1309, No. 317), as amended by the Act of December 12, 1994 (P.L. 1042, No. 142).
