Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Borough of Wilkinsburg Zoning
Hearing Board on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Council
Chambers of the Borough Building located at 605 Ross Avenue, Wilkinsburg, PA 15221, to consider the following application:
ZHB 8-4-26: Applicant, Grow Pittsburgh, seeks a variance from Sections 260-603(A), 260-603(B)(2)(c) and Table 14 of the Wilkinsburg Zoning Ordinance for properties located at 806 Holland Avenue, Wilkinsburg, PA 15221, Block and Lot Nos. 176-H-158 and 176-H-161, and 406 Center Street, Wilkinsburg, PA 15221, Block and Lot No. 176-H-165. The Applicant is seeking a reduction in the minimum required parking spaces associated with the expansion of an existing urban agriculture facility. The subject properties are located in the R-2/TOD Zoning District.
Those residents and taxpayers of the Borough and/or those who
otherwise have legal standing will be permitted to provide testimony and evidence at the hearing.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Thornburg Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a meeting and public hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Thornburg Community Center located at 545 Hamilton Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15205 concerning the following matter:
The application of Alexander and Zoe Work, requesting a variance from §27-1404.C.3.C. of the Thornburg Zoning Ordinance, to allow for a fence on the left side of the house towards Eton Rd. (which is considered part of the front yard under the
Zoning Ordinance). The subject property is located at 1177 Harvard Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15205
(Allegheny County Parcel I.D. No. 0106-R-00294-0000-00) and is zoned R-1s Residential.
