The Wilkins Township Zoning Hearing Board shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at the Municipal Building, 110 Peffer Road, Wilkins Township, PA 15145. At that time, the Board shall hear an application for a Special Exception made by Umberto Gulli (‘the applicant’), with offices located at 1721 Tustin Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. The applicant seeks a Special Exception on property that is located at 937 Larimer Avenue, Turtle Creek, PA 15145; Allegheny County Tax Map Lot and Block Number 454-H-94, situated in a R-2 Residential Zoning District.
If granted, the Special Exception would permit a shed to be erected for the purpose of storing construction tools and materials. The Township Zoning Code §450-22(C) states that structures and trailers used in conjunction with construction work may be permitted while construction work is in progress.
