The Town Council of the Borough of Bellevue will be voting on the adoption of the following Ordinance at its Council Meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 7:00 pm.

Ordinance No. 26-04, E Bike Restrictions.

A copy of the proposed ordinance may be reviewed at the Borough of Bellevue Administrative Offices from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Mondays through Fridays.

The meeting will be held on the 2nd floor of the Council Chambers at the Bellevue Borough Municipal Building, 537 Bayne Avenue, Bellevue, PA 15202.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Wilkinsburg will consider adopting Ordinance # 26-003 at the regular meeting of Borough Council held on November 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at 605 Ross Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15221 with a public hearing on this matter on 10/21/26 at 6 PM at the same location.

ORDINANCE # 26-003 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF WILKINS­BURG, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVA­NIA, TO INCREASE THE EARNED INCOME TAX RATE FROM 1% TO 2% FOR RESIDENTS AND FROM 0% TO 1% FOR NON-RESIDENTS COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2027 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2027 AND CONTINUING IN EFFECT FOR EACH YEAR THEREAFTER, UNLESS OTHERWISE REVISED BY ORDINANCE OF THE WILKINSBURG COUNCIL.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2026, AT 6:00 P.M. PREVAILING TIME AT THE AVALON BOROUGH ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 640 CALIFORNIA AVE, PITTSBURGH, PA 15202.

The Zoning Hearing Board of Avalon Borough, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania will hold a Hearing on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Avalon Borough Administration Building on the Zoning Appeal filed by Laura DelFratte on behalf of Virginia Avenue Land Company, LLC, for property located on Virginia Avenue, Avalon, PA 15202, Lot and Block Numbers 214-G- 80 and 214-G-90 in the COS: Civic and Open Space Conservation District.

Applicant is appealing a permit review that indicated a proposed plan to develop currently vacant land violated Section 2000-416.B.2 of the Avalon-Bellevue- Bellevue Avon Joint Zoning Ordinance.

PROPOSED ORDINANCE NUMBERS 1149 &1150

The Wilkins Township Board of Commissioners will consider adoption of the following Ordinances at the Board of Commissioners meeting to be held on the 12th day of October 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 110 Peffer Road, Wilkins Township, Pennsylvania. The complete text of the Ordinances is on file and may be inspected in the Office of the Township Secretary at the aforesaid Municipal Building during normal business hours.

PROPOSED ORDINANCE #1149

TITLE

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WILKINS, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1118 WHICH AUTHORIZED THE TOWNSHIP TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH FOREST HILLS BOROUGH TO JOINTLY PURCHASE, OWN AND MAINTAIN A SEWER VACTOR TRUCK AND RELATED EQUIPMENT AND APPURTENANCES

SUMMARY

The insurance coverage for ownership, operation and use of the sewer Vactor will be maintained by Forest Hills Borough with Wilkins Township being named as an additionally insured. The costs of the insurance coverage will be split equally between Forest Hills and Wilkins.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME A BULK STORAGE CONTAINER MAY BE PLACED ON PRIVATE AND PUBLIC PROPERTY

SUMMARY

The amendment will shorten the amount of time a bulk storage container is permitted to remain on private and public property from the current maximum of 150 days in a twelve-month period, to a maximum of 90 days in a twelve-month period.
