Out & About with Paradise Gray and X-Clan

This week I visited the new hot spot called FATE in the Strip District, The August Wilson Center in Downtown Pittsburgh, St. Lawrence O’Toole in Garfield, Kelly’s in East Liberty and the Red Onion in the Hill District.

My first stop was at the St. Lawrence O’ Toole where John “Ringo” Saunders celebrated 16 years clean and sober and there was a big celebration in his honor. Congratulations to you and keep up the great work.

My next stop was at the August Wilson Center where the legendary hip hop group X-CLAN united for an event called HIP HOP FOR HAITI and other local artists performed and showed love for the cause as well.

My next stop was at the new hot spot called FATE in the Strip District where Nakturnal held an event called “RESOLUTION” featuring Kellee Maize and other local artists from the ‘Burgh. This event was huge and off the chain.

My next stop was at Kelly’s in East Liberty where our own DJ Stephan from the New Pittsburgh Courier was on the 1’s and 2’s doing his thing. Come out to Kelly’s and enjoy the food and a great atmosphere.

My final destination was at the grand opening of the Red Onion where everyone from all over the city came out to see the new and improved establishment. This is definitely going to be one of the highlights of the Hill District. Oh yeah, I also stopped pass Ace’s and Deuce’s Lounge for a hot minute.
