Pastoral Prayer Breakfast
JAN. 18—Triedstone Baptist Church of Rankin, 18 Harriet St., Rankin, will host its 10th Pre-Pastoral Anniversary Prayer Breakfast at 9 a.m. This is the celebration for Rev. Nathaniel and Rev. MLK Celebration
JAN. 20—First Baptist Penn Hills, 7450 Chadwick St., Penn Hills, and The Penn Hills Association of Christian Clergy will host the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration from 12-1 p.m. at the Penn Hills High School Auditorium, 12200 Garland Dr., Penn Hills. This event is open to the community and will feature guest speaker Rev. John Welch, vice president for Student Services and dean of students at the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, along with music from the Afro American Institute Boys Choir and the Penn Hills High School Choir. Women’s Brunch
JAN. 25—The SHOUT (Sisters Hanging Out United in Truth) Women’s Ministry of Union Baptist Church of Swissvale, 2117 Collingwood Ave., Swissvale, will host a Women’s Brunch from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Every fourth Saturday of the month, women will come together for food, fun and fellowship to praise the Lord and hear a Word from a woman of faith.
