At The Finish Line…Where Only the Truth Matters

BILL NEAL

•    I don’t know if this gets any easier to understand.  He’s a Louisville legend . . . no, not that Louisville legend, the other Louisville legend, 12 year NFL superstar, Super Bowl champion with the Pittsburgh Steelers, a beautiful super talent with three great children . . . a doctor . . . and two lawyers.  What do you think he’s going to do when he runs for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court?  Win . . . Win . . . Win.  What else.  C’mon man, it’s Dwayne Woodruff we’re talking about here.  Winning is what he does best.  Get ready!!!
•    You don’t play Blount in the entire game.  You bring him here to do damage inside the twenty, but when you get inside the twenty, you don’t give him the ball.  He walks off on you.  He gets kicked off the team.  He gets picked up by New England and scores a touchdown five days after you cut him . . . where I come from, I say the score is Steelers one (1) . . . Blount one (1) . . . tie breaker determined by who makes the playoffs and the Super Bowl!
•    For the record, I don’t agree with what he did . . . but I can understand it.  And all you  ballers out there understand it too!
•    I don’t know if you caught the Randy Moss special on ESPN last week.  It was good.  Don’t get me wrong.  But for me, I needed to see more of the super man stuff, more of the reasons Randy says he is as good as Jerry Rice and should be a shoe-in for the Hall of Fame.
•    You know you gotta eat a lot of jell-o to do all the damage they claim Bill Cosby did . . . ok, ok, my bad.  I know I shouldn’t have said that out loud, but you were thinking it too.  Yes you were . . . you were too . . . oh please, just shut up!
•    If you’re late to the dance yet again, here are the names of the first ever Pittsburgh City League All Sports Hall of Fame Inductees:  Sam Clancy, Dwight Clay, Ricky Coleman, D.J.
