Women’s Breakfast Series
JAN. 9— Chatham University’s Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship will host its Leadership Breakfast Series from 8-9:30 a.m. at the James Laughlin Music Center, Woodland Road, Shadyside. The topic will be “How to Get in the News in 2015.” There will be a panel of speakers consisting of representatives from several media outlets including the Pittsburgh Post Gazette and WESA. PowerBreakfast
JAN. 16—The African American Chamber of Commerce of Western Pennsylvania will host its PowerBreakfast Meeting at 7:30 a.m. at One Oxford Centre. 301 Grant St., Downtown. The guest speaker will be Allegheny County Executive Richard Fitzgerald. He will discuss his administration’s accomplishments in Allegheny County over the past year as well as plans for this year.
