Educational Support (Grades K-8)
We are seeking several educators to teach children and youth with a range of disabilities emphasizing support for their educational needs. Candidates must have empathy for, and a genuine interest in, developing positive education experiences for elementary and middle school students with Learning Disabilities. Current certification in a field of Special Education is required and a Master’s degree is preferred. Experience teaching and collaborating in a K-8 setting a plus.
Middle School Mathematics Teacher (Grades 6-8)
We are seeking two full-time dynamic and creative teachers of mathematics. Candidates should have successful teaching experience in middle or high school mathematics classrooms and experience in mathematics curriculum design and/or implementation. The educators filling these roles will be responsible for continuing to develop a program that features progressive ideas about mathematics instruction. A Master’s Degree and either middle or high school teaching experience or equivalent coursework are required.
Music Teacher (Grades K-8)
We are seeking a full-time, experienced, dynamic Music Teacher. Candidates should have successful teaching experience in elementary and/or middle school music classrooms. Ideal candidates should have experience designing and implementing curriculum. Experience with Orff, Band Instrumental Lessons, and accompaniment skills a plus.  Elementary music teaching experience or equivalent coursework is required, and a Master’s Degree is preferred.

Contract Specialist – Bus & Rail
Port Authority is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist – Bus & Rail to be responsible for procurement contract administration on assigned Request for Bid (RFB) and Request for Quote (RFQ). To facilitate the Request for Bid (RFB) solicitation process for securing agreements; prepare and oversee the Request for Quote (RFQ) process; provide contract administration for assigned contracts; and to facilitate the processing of contract material requiring laboratory and field tests.  To provide support to the Manager of Contract Administration.
Job requirements include:
•High School Diploma or GED.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited school. Contract Administration and/or Buyer experience within a contracting environment may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis.
•Minimum of five (5) years contract administration experience and/or buyer experience within a contracting environment procuring capital or non-capital contracts and supplies including preparing bid documents, administering awards, contracts and preparing requisitions.
•Demonstrated ability in the use of Windows, Microsoft Excel and Word.
•Professional and effective communication skills.
•Strong organizational and people skills, multi-tasking capabilities, detail oriented with good math skills, and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Preferred attributes:
•BA/BS Degree in contract management or procurement field from an accredited school.
•Electronic procurement experience in PeopleSoft / Oracle.
•Contract management or related certification.
•Valid PA driver’s license.
•PeopleSoft experience.

Plant Ground Person
A local sand and gravel operation is seeking qualified applicants for a Plant Ground Person to maximize production of its construction-related raw material aggregates.  This is a hands-on laboring position working with aggregate materials and quarrying machinery.  Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or GED), good verbal communication skills, be safety-conscious, and have the ability to work as a productive member of a team.
A Plant Equipment Operator is also needed. Prior work in mining is highly desired. Experience with plant equipment and mechanical maintenance is ideal as is experience operating construction equipment. Must be willing to lift a minimum of forty (40) pounds without assistance. A high school diploma (or GED) is also required
