The Harold Young Sr., Jazz Workshop Inc. 2nd Annual Trilogy Concerts Series for the 2016 Spring Season were held over the past three months. The final concert featured jazz legend Sonny Fortune, who was joined by critically acclaimed bassist Christopher Dean Sullivan, the incomparable drummer Roger Humphries, and the formidable pianist/keyboardist Howard Alexander.
All concerts were held in the Concert Hall of the Pittsburgh Carnegie Library in Homewood, 7101 Hamilton Ave.
The previous concert in May featured Latin Music Concert featuring the Latin style of Noel Quintana and his Latin Crew.
Jon Faddis was joined by alto sensation Richie Cole, critically acclaimed bassist Christopher Dean Sullivan, incomparable drummer Roger Humphries, and formidable pianist/keyboardist Howard Alexander opened the three month trilogy.
