Founded in 1990, POWER is the region’s leader of substance use treatment for women. We are a not-for-profit organization committed to providing quality gender-responsive, trauma-informed care to women with substance use and co-occurring disorders. POWER serves 1,400 individuals each year and is growing. Currently, we are recruiting to fill the below opportunities:
•Clinical Supervisor – The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to Therapists, Resource Coordinator, program interns for the Detox & Rehab Program. The Clinical Supervisor also carries a caseload and provides direct care to clients including individual, family, and group therapy. Requirements include: LCSW or LPC licensure.; five years’ experience in substance use disorder treatment programs, with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
•Lead RN – We are looking for a motivated RN to join our team to provide trauma-informed care, with an emphasis towards compassion and dignity. Duties include: assisting doctor with physicals, medication administration, and assessing clients in withdrawal management unit. RN will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure clients are meeting their individualized treatment goals and we are meeting their needs. This shift is 12 hours (7:00pm-7:00am) with a shift differential offered. Requirements include: valid PA RN license; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
