SOFTWARE DEVELOPER LEAD

(MULTIPLE OPENINGS)

The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. has multiple openings for Software Developer Lead in Pittsburgh, PA. Participate in all aspects of the Asset Management Group (AMG) MIS activities. Specific duties include (i) participate in all phases of software development lifecycle including business requirements collection, analysis, sizing, design, development, testing, deployment and production support; (ii) be responsible for application development using Angular, Enterprise Java, CSS and work closely with the agile team; (iii) work with Product owner, scrum masters and agile crew in writing detailed user stories and technical design documents; (iv) perform unit, integration, system testing of the new digital platforms in web and mobile; (v) work under tight deadlines to

deliver high quality of software for AMG’s new digital applications; (vi) work with various testing teams in close collaboration to learn and validate the business user scenarios for functional, systems integrated and user acceptance testing; (vii) work with the performance testing team to ensure all aspects, user interfaces, integrations and user scenarios of the developed applications can be performance and load tested before actual implementation; (viii) create detailed design documentation based on technical and business requirements; and (xi) collaborate with process architects to document and create test plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science plus 3 years of experience in position(s) utilizing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to design and develop digital and mobile applications is required. Must have experience with the following: (i) Enterprise Java; (ii) Angular; (iii) HTML5; (iv) CSS3; (v) Javascript, TypeScript, Bootstrap, NodeJS, Dojo, JQuery; (vi) designing and developing responsive web applications; (vii) DevOps CI/CD, GIT, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Jenkins, Gradle; (viii) working closely with product owner(s) to recommend and implement process improvements; and (ix) interacting with Enterprise Architecture and technology vendors and influencing solution design adhering to industry standard.

Corporate and Institutional Banking’s Systems Engineering Group activities. Specific duties include: (i) lead the technical design and development of software solutions; (ii) analyze current business processes, define and develop different tasks, and workflows; (iii) create business and technical designs for assigned processes, tasks, workflows, create requirement definition, technical specifications; (iv) develop solutions from technical specifications to do the unit testing of the modules and deploy it into Non-Production and Production; and (v) provide technical training to team members and guide the team in solving technical issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication, Electronics Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, MIS or Computer Science/Engineering plus 3 years of experience in RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ML (Machine Learning) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) Chabot software development is required. Must have experience with: (i) developing, testing, deploying business processes using RPA; (ii) developing AI Chatbot using Natural language Processing (NLP) engine; (iii) developing ML models; (iv) working with Agile Scrum team for Process design, development, testing and integration of RPA, ML and AI solutions with other tools and perform complex problem resolution; (v) providing technical training to team members and providing guidance to the team to solve technical issues; (vi) developing in multiple environments (RND, UAT, QA and Prod); (vii) working with APIs; (viii) full project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, support and enhancement; and (ix) programming with Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, IBM UrbanCode Deploy (UDeploy), JFrog Artifactory, C#, .NET, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Python, SharePoint, Visual Basic, MS Access and Macros.
