NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Wilkinsburg will consider adopting Ordinance # 26-003 at the regular meeting of Borough Council held on November 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at 605 Ross Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15221 with a public hearing on this matter on 10/21/26 at 6 PM at the same location.

OF PENNSYLVANIA, TO INCREASE
THE EARNED INCOME TAX RATE FROM 1% TO 2% FOR RESIDENTS AND FROM 0% TO 1% FOR NON-RESIDENTS
COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2027 THROUGH DECEMBER 31,
2027 AND CONTINUING IN EFFECT
FOR EACH YEAR THEREAFTER, UNLESS OTHERWISE REVISED BY ORDINANCE OF THE WILKINSBURG COUNCIL.

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners on Thursday, September 24, 2026 @ 10:30 a.m. EST. The hybrid meeting will be conducted via Zoom Conferencing and in-person on the Lower Level Conference Room of 412 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. You must register to attend the in-person meeting. Registration for attending the meeting in-person and registration to provide public comment will both open on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11 a.m. and posted to www.hacp.org.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2026, AT 6:00 P.M. PREVAILING TIME AT THE AVALON BOROUGH ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 640 CALIFORNIA AVE, PITTSBURGH, PA 15202.
The Zoning Hearing Board of Avalon Borough, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania will hold a Hearing on Monday,
October 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Avalon Borough Administration Building on the Zoning Appeal filed by Laura DelFratte on behalf of Virginia Avenue Land Company, LLC, for property located on Virginia Avenue, Avalon, PA 15202, Lot and Block Numbers 214-G-80 and 214-G-90 in the COS: Civic and Open Space Conservation District.
Applicant is appealing a permit review that indicated a proposed plan to develop currently vacant land violated Section 2000-416.B.2 of the Avalon
-Bellevue-Bellevue Avon Joint Zoning Ordinance.
