Out & About at Westinghouse High School reunion

This week I visited Alto Lounge in Shadyside, The Greater Pittsburgh Coliseum in Homewood, Dreamz Night Club in the Strip District, Krobar in the Strip District and Billy’s Gold Door in Homewood.

My first stop was at the Greater Pittsburgh Coliseum where Westinghouse High School held their annual All Alumni Reunion. Even folks who didn’t attend the high school came out to get their party on. Actor Will Smith’s mother, Carolyn Smith, is a Westinghouse High School alumnus for those of you that didn’t know.

My next stop was at the Krobar in the Strip District where B. Marshall Productions held its annual event with deejays Mike Dean and GQ on the 1’s and 2’s. The girls from Dreams Hair Salon were in the building representin.’

My next stop was at Alto Lounge where Stylez and Steel held an event called “Black Out” on Black Friday. This event was classy and sophisticated, presented by my friend Wadria and others. Be on the lookout for more events from this young lady.

My next stop was at Dreamz Night Club in the Strip District where the legendary hip-hop artist Rakim rocked the mic for the crowd. He is definitely a legend and it was great to have him here in the ’Burgh.

My next was at Billy’s Gold Door in Homewood where the food was smoking and the dance floor was packed. If you want to have a great time without any drama, you need to come and check this place out.

My final stop was back at the Greater Pittsburgh Coliseum in Homewood where Wyld Chyld Entertainment, LLC held a Blue Jean Cabaret that was off the chain. I have to shout out Tami for doing big things in the ’Burgh.

You know Brotha Ash has a REAL CONNECTION to the community. Send all your party and event information to info@BrothaAshProductions.com and I’ll see you next week OUT AND ABOUT!
